A very slow gear wheel
The new little gear wheel fitted just fine and works well. Great. Shame it took so long to arrive. Ordered on the 25 November and it just arrived today the 20 December.

Would highly recommend this company for anyone buying their goods.
Delivery on time and well packed to prevent any damage.

As stated earlier on the order arrived a couple of days ago and the blades for the Moulinex Coffee Grinder are identical to to the orignal and hopefully just as sturdy. So I am hoping of having the grinder functioning for quite a few years now

I was happy with my generic product from this company, but I have got fed up with their spamming of my personal email address to ask me for a review. Every single day! Stop badgering people for reviews. Anyway here’s a review, hope that stops the emails.

I wasn't going to leave a review but I KEEP getting notifications from Electric Shopping. They cancelled my order without letting me know they had done that, so I was waiting patiently for it for ages before tracking my order on their website and discovering that the order had been cancelled. I wasn't going to complain but so many emails from them reminding me to leave a review have prompted me to...write this review.
HI i purchased one of those pressurized…
HI i purchased one of those pressurized irons at £140 and the wrong lead has come with the iron. It does not let the iron sit on the flat base on the bench.I have sent photos of the the 2 photos.The right lead and the wrong lead which cme with the iron.But they keep saying cant see the photos.What have i to do to get my point across about this matter Anne Moffett

Still havnt received item ir email
Still havnt received item ir email. Called and was told box damaged in transit so was rerouted. If I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have known. Item will not be sent but refund offered . Checked website they still stock the item. All I want is a new item/ replacement. Not very efficient unfortunately

Actually good experience ?
I bought it for first time on this website. Delivery came the very next day with safe packaging. I used this brand for many years in the Middle East but bought first time in the UK. It has been 3 or 4 weeks, it is working well not any issue yet. I made milk and almonds shake and It can crush almonds easily. So I will recommend Moulinex Blender.

I found it a bit sticky at the bottom…
I found it a bit sticky at the bottom of the pan. For the price of £90 it should be fabulous and spotless. The food gets stuck at the bottom. When you clean the pot and the cover because it says it is enoux which is that silver that is shiny, so as soon as I wash it I dry but it ends up with stains which makes look like you had for years old not days old. But hay I have now

Scam???
I recently purchased a kettle. Received confirmation order email and then no further contact. I have sent 3 emails since I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and have yet to received a response. Payment has been made for the kettle and now I feel like I have been scammed. I would strongly discourage anyone else from using this website.

Order has been updated
If you had looked more closely you would see the toaster never arrived because you could not supply the product. The order was taken along with the money but when it did not arrive, I checked my emails to find one titled order has been updated. When I opened it there was no explanation just order status Refunded! So I cannot write a review on a product that was never delivered. The money was refunded promptly.

I placed an order on your website
I placed an order on your website. But my order waa cancelled after the confirmation. The payment was taken out of the bank. I tried to contact the customer services on the number and email given but never got a reply. I got the payment back after a few days but didn't get any explanation. Very poor customer service
Effective Product
I've used Moulinex blender for over 20 years and I think they are better than any other blenders out there. This new purchase is even better than the last one. What I love about this particular one is the way it blends hard food items which other blender struggles with. I will recommend this product to anybody.

I had only received one out of two…
I had only received one out of two items ordered and had to chase up other item via email. After receiving an auto response no communication for several days tried to call and the phone number was incorrect which had me very worried as the remaining item was nit cheap. I became very anxious.
I eventually received the order with no apology or explanation

APPALLING SERVICE. DO NOT USE!
Appalling service. No updates on an order placed nearly a month ago. Repeated emails sent: all ignored. Phone never answered, and “voicemail is full”. What company deals with their customers like this? DO NOT USE! If I hadn’t sent repeated emails and been on the brink of contacting my credit card company I doubt I would have ever received the goods. Many other customers reporting similar experiences.
